The Project-Haystack community today announced that the 2015 Haystack Connect event will take place May 18th – May 20th at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The Haystack Connect conference is the place where the community of automation and IoT professionals come together to learn and share the latest techniques for connecting systems and using data to advance the efficiency of buildings, equipment systems and processes. Haystack Connect Call for Papers is happening now via Pointview.  To get the Early-Bird discount, register by Dec 31, 2014.

ProjectHaystack (www.projecthaystack.org)is premised on the fact that technology continues to drive rapid change in smart building technologies, energy management and operational efficiency solutions. The most significant advances are being driven not by a single company, but rather by collaboration and a community of companies creating open, best of breed technologies that work together through a range of open protocols and software interfaces, including the rapidly growing “Haystack” standard. These new technologies reach the market through a growing group of practitioner communities, each with deep expertise in their own fields.

Customers with the vision to see the ways these technologies can improve business results are as much a driver of industry progress as the technology companies. And they depend on the value delivered by technology providers and top-tier systems integrators who combine advanced technologies with the professional services necessary to deliver bottom-line business results.  Haystack Connect 2015 is THE place for these “communities” to come together to network, share, create synergy and generate new business opportunities.
